When I first moved to Birmingham I contacted Steve to help me make my first home purchase. He found me a place within my budget and helped walk me through the chaos that is making a home purchase. Everything was smooth and he took care of everything.

Fast forward 5.5 years and I got an offer for a new job out of state. I knew exactly who I would call to help sell my home. Steve and his team once again went above and beyond in helping me sell my home. I had to move prior to the home being sold. Steve dealt with a crazy HOA and never complained. While I was out of state he took care of all the inspections and even personally fixed my blinds. Steve did the impossible and made the selling of my home as smooth as it was when I first purchased.
