Jerry has had a long successful 30 year career in business/retail management with a focus on customer acquisition and service. He joined Keller Williams as a single agent with a focus on residential resales until January 2020 when he joined forces with The Steve and Anna Team to form the Red Hawk Realty Group. He now serves as Partner for Red Hawk Realty Group of Keller Williams Hoover. Jerry is driven to provide the best client experience while meeting their needs to find a dream home. He is also experienced with investment properties, completing commercial transactions and supporting an out of state move by connecting with a referral partner. Jerry and his wife Karen have 2 grown children and call Hoover home.
Steve is a 16-year veteran of the real estate industry with experience in residential resales and investment properties. He has been with Keller Williams Realty for 6 years. He is an Owner/Partner of the Red Hawk Realty Group of Keller Williams Realty. He led a team with his wife, Anna, the Steve and Anna Team, until January 2020 when they joined forces with Jerry Sager Homes. Steve and Jerry are partners in the Red hawk Realty Group. Anna is the head of Operations for the team. Steve's passion is connecting people with their dreams through the purchase of real estate, whether first-time home buyers or seasoned investors. He is KW Luxury certified. He previously was a Group/Branch Manager in the environmental industry where he managed multi-million dollar environmental assessment and remediation projects for private industrial clients, DOE, DOD, and COE. He holds a B.S. in Geology and Marine Science and an M.S. in Geology from the University of Alabama.
Anna is a co-owner and the Director of Development for Red Hawk Realty Group. Anna first began her career in retail management where she learned the importance of the customer and how they affect your business. Anna got her Real estate license in 2015 and joined Steve to begin growing their real estate business. In 2016 they joined Keller Williams Hoover and knew they wanted to expand their business by growing a team of agents to service the Greater Birmingham area. Anna now works "behind the scenes" with Red Hawk. She and Steve have 3 children and call Hoover home.
Stephanie is the Director of Operations of Red Hawk Realty Group. She first began her career in business development in both the sports and software industries. With an interest in Real Estate, Stephanie got her Real Estate license in February of 2020 and joined Keller Williams Hoover. Over the last two and a half years, her passion for the industry has grown, specifically on the operational side and being "behind the scenes".
Karen joined her husband Jerry and the Red Hawk Realty Group in real estate after they became empty nesters. She enjoys working alongside Jerry to help provide support to their clients. Her favorite part of real estate is searching for the perfect home clients are looking for and making sure the process is smooth and seamless. Along with real estate, Karen has a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and serves as a therapist for one of the local school systems.
Catherine Lyle grew up in Birmingham, Alabama before moving to Tuscaloosa to attend the University of Alabama where she graduated with a degree in Human Environmental Studies. She has had the pleasure of being a member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors since 2018, and has been exposed to commercial & residential construction through family owned businesses throughout her life. Catherine's passion within her real estate career is having the opportunity to be a part of the most important investment in her client's lives. She believes Clients become family and lifelong friends throughout her process. In her free time, Catherine enjoys professional event planning, lake days, and being involved in her community!
